Vic: One person dies following collision with truck
MELBOURNE, April 15 AAP - One person died and four others were taken to hospital after
a collision between a car and truck this morning in Victoria's east.
paramedics attended the accident on the Princes Highway at Dingo Creek, east of Cann
River, about 6am (AEST), Rural Ambulance spokesman John Mullen said.
One person died at the scene and a 35-year-old man had been flown to Melbourne's Alfred
hospital in a critical condition.
Three other people were taken to the Orbost Hospital with minor injuries.
This morning's fatality took Victoria's road toll to 97, down by 10 on the same period last year.
