DARTMOUTH SUSPECT WON'T FIGHT EXTRADITION.(MAIN)

NEW CASTLE, Ind. -- One of the teenagers charged in the slayings of two Dartmouth College professors agreed not to fight extradition to New Hampshire, his attorney said Tuesday.

Robert Tulloch, 17, was expected to be turned over to New Hampshire authorities later Tuesday. A hearing for the other teen, James Parker, 16, was delayed until his lawyer could arrive from New Hampshire, Henry County Sheriff Kim Cronk said.
